Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Working time: 9 am -6pm
Salary range: $4000 - $5000
Location: Jurong East

Responsibilities
  • Liaise directly with local universities in company locations to get company spot on school career and recruitment activities.
  • Able to work flex-time occasionally to collaborate with employees in the United States HR team (US time-zone).
  • Source and screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the job requirements.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the job (Systems/ Software Engineer).
  • Conduct background checks and employment verifications to ensure that potential candidates meet our company\'s standards and requirements.
  • Being able to work together with Senior Management to understand resource needs and maintain hiring plan throughout the year.
  • Use various recruitment channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, MyCareersFuture (MCF) and professional networking sites to attract potential candidates in the locations of company offices (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand).
  • Organize career fairs independently with support from HR Associate/ Generalist.
  • Understand salary trends in the market as well as in the context.
  • Research staffing trends, establish systematic workflows, and recommend solutions to improve our company\'s recruitment practices.
  • Being able to design job offers, draft offer letters and employment agreement and negotiate offers.
  • Arrange and facilitate interviews with managers while implementing improvements to current interview process.
  • Have general understanding of work pass requirements and keeping up to date with changes.
  • Use data analytics to report recruitment trends of company to management.
Requirements and skills
  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role
  • Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • Advanced knowledge of best HR practices and labour laws
  • Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
  • Relevant certification is a plus.

  • Works closely with Asia management team
