Job Description
- 5 Days Role
- Office at Shenton House (3 Branches)
- Accessible from Downtown / Tanjong Pagar / Shenton Way / Marina Bay
- Basic Starting: $2,950 + Uncapped Commissions
- Quarterly Team Bonus + Quarterly Awards (Monetary Rewards / Holiday Allowances)
- Managing Candidates , Assist them in getting the upmost suitable Roles
- Managing Accounts / Clients providing them with the accurate knowledge of Recruitment base on TAFEP & MOM Guidelines in Hiring.
- Work closely with Recruitment Managers in the coordination of workforce planning and ensure that the recruitment timelines are met.
- Look into developing potential candidate pipeline through a variety of avenues and platforms.
- Support in business development by introducing companies\' services to prospects.
- Job Posting Through Social Media Platform [ Facebook Etc.]
- Posting through Professional Platform such as Linkedin , JobStreet and Others.
- Qualifying the candidate and brief them what is expected through the recruiting process.
- Mentorship Programs, Guidance of step by step to reach a different stage in the company , [ Junior -
Team Lead -
Manager ] Etc. * Building a Strong Career path with us in the Career Development plans just for each individual.
- Team Work in assisting each and everyone in getting the results of effort.
