Job Description

Responsibilities


1. Responsible for recruitment in Consumer Banking Group, specifically in the Wealth Continuum Segment from Financial Planning Advisory Group to Private Bank - research, sourcing, and assessment of candidates for interviews.


2. Take the lead to contact and engage passive candidates for PB and TPC.


3. Market coverage includes SG PB/ TPC for onshore and offshore markets as well as for Dubai (focusing on Middle East and Africa markets)


4. This includes mapping, engaging, profiling and vetting candidates and pitching the roles to them as appropriate


5. Ongoing tracking and engagement of candidates on their career growth for future pipelining


6. Build and maintain strong partnerships with HR business partners, external search consultants and vendors.


7. Share knowledge of business, candidate marketplace and recruitment trends with stakeholders.


8. Participate in talent acquisition related initiatives such as designing and driving recruitment campaigns.

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.


3. Resourceful and with good problem-solving skills


4. Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
