We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Culture Team and play a crucial role in attracting exceptional employees who will scale our team in Singapore!

You will have a passion for finding amazing people, and have an ability to determine a candidate\'s potential and fit through clever questions. You should have excellent organisational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, you should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned hiring targets. But more than anything, you will be an enthusiastic team player, excited about the role you can play in building an inclusive, respectful, fun team culture.

Position Duties

  • Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.
  • Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization and future talent needs.
  • Design and manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
  • Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers.
  • Use Social Media, Job portals, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
  • Review employment applications and background check reports.
  • Plan procedures for improving candidate experience.
  • Participate in employment events, such as online career fairs.
  • Develop Sleek into the best employer brand in our industry.
Requirements:
  • A Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
  • 5 or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar HR Role.
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
  • Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments).
  • Experience with sourcing and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Great Interpersonal and communication skills.
