Description

Our client is an established Engineering firm with a strong track record in the Engineering, Utilities, and Energy industry. They have recorded consecutive years of stable, profitable growth and are expanding headcount across the next 2 years as they invest in new business ventures across Southeast Asia. They are hence seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist who is ready to journey with them as they embark on an exciting new chapter!

Role

You will be the sole talent acquisition specialist in the team in-charge of overseeing the full recruitment cycle from job intake briefs, job board advertising, resume screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, to eventual offer management. You will manage a wide spectrum of roles across seniority \xe2\x80\x93 fresh graduates, middle management, senior executives \xe2\x80\x93 and functions. They have an extensive Engineering workforce who are supported by a corporate functions team (Finance, HR, IT, Legal) and expect to fill up to 70 positions in the next 18 months.

Requirements

You should be degree-qualified within at least 5-8 years of hands-on experience gained at a search firm or in-house. You must be familiar with hiring technical Engineering talent and possess talent sourcing skills such as boolean searches, x-ray searches, market mapping and cold calling. You are an independent go-getter passionate about finding the right talent based on skillset and cultural fit \xe2\x80\x93 and are also a strong communicator with a collaborative spirit.
