Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements, and develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy.
Develop, suggest, and revise job descriptions, while also conducting job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
Create recruitment materials and post job openings on suitable job portals, social media platforms, and college networks.
Source and hire candidates through various methods, including utilizing databases and social media platforms.
Review candidates\xe2\x80\x99 resumes and conduct interviews using diverse and reliable recruiting and selection techniques to shortlist candidates.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in in-house talent acquisition or as a recruiter in an recruitment agency
Experience in regional recruitment will be an added advantage
Proficient in recruiting software and HRIS or HRMS
Salary: $5,000 to $7,000
