In this Role
IDEXX\xe2\x80\x99s Talent Acquisition team must be able to find the diamonds in the rough, maintain quality and hire efficiently to help fuel and sustain the incredible growth of IDEXX. You will partner up with Leaders and HR Business Partners to source, interview, and select the best qualified candidates to fill positions within the organization in a timely and efficient manner with a premium on providing a superior candidate and hiring manager experience.
You will partner with the regional HR Team to support our longer-term growth strategy, and you will be the responsible Talent Acquisition Partner for the IDEXX operations in the region (all Asia excluding Japan). You will partner with management to forecast and understand business needs, plan sourcing strategies to provide candidate pipelines and align resources to support recruiting needs.
What you need to succeed
This position will require a \xe2\x80\x98hands-on\xe2\x80\x99 recruiter who loves their Job and who is personally involved in hiring excellent candidates, as well as a partnership role to lead and coach the stakeholders within the business with a bias towards a superior candidate experience. You\xe2\x80\x99ll enjoy digging into analytics to make decisions based on the data. Essentially, you will find innovative solutions to recruiting problems not faced by other companies. We are a unique company and thus need equally innovative strategies to meet our hiring goals. Scalability and sustainability are key improvement metrics.
