Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Asia

IDEXX are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help fuel our incredible growth in Asia (Greater China, South Korea, Singapore, South East Asia and India are in scope). In this Role

IDEXX\xe2\x80\x99s Talent Acquisition team must be able to find the diamonds in the rough, maintain quality and hire efficiently to help fuel and sustain the incredible growth of IDEXX. You will partner up with Leaders and HR Business Partners to source, interview, and select the best qualified candidates to fill positions within the organization in a timely and efficient manner with a premium on providing a superior candidate and hiring manager experience.

You will partner with the regional HR Team to support our longer-term growth strategy, and you will be the responsible Talent Acquisition Partner for the IDEXX operations in the region (all Asia excluding Japan). You will partner with management to forecast and understand business needs, plan sourcing strategies to provide candidate pipelines and align resources to support recruiting needs.

What you need to succeed

This position will require a \xe2\x80\x98hands-on\xe2\x80\x99 recruiter who loves their Job and who is personally involved in hiring excellent candidates, as well as a partnership role to lead and coach the stakeholders within the business with a bias towards a superior candidate experience. You\xe2\x80\x99ll enjoy digging into analytics to make decisions based on the data. Essentially, you will find innovative solutions to recruiting problems not faced by other companies. We are a unique company and thus need equally innovative strategies to meet our hiring goals. Scalability and sustainability are key improvement metrics.

• It\xe2\x80\x99s essential that you\xe2\x80\x99re passionate about recruitment and helping people find a career they love!

• You\xe2\x80\x99ll have at least 5 years recruiting experience within an international environment and matrix organization.

• Your skill set includes experience in recruiting across Asia - in particular China mainland, South East Asia and South Korea and have a good understanding of the different markets.

• You will be a hungry but humble, collaborative and trustworthy, innovative and ethical recruitment professional who\'s not afraid to roll up your sleeves and jump into the thick of action.

• Collaboration and Communication skills are key \xe2\x80\x93 you will be communicating with a range of different stakeholders across the HR team and the business. Additionally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll coach the business on ensuring efficient hiring processes and the best possible candidate experience.

• You are resourceful and have a problem-solving and flexible mindset. Whatever the problem or challenge, you are always part of the solution, as part of the team.

• Native or Fluent Mandarin with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional Asian languages would be desirable (Korean).
