Responsibility:
  • Conducting in-depth research to understand the specific talent needs, trends, and challenges within the designated industry sector.
  • Identifying potential candidates within the industry, including passive candidates, competitors\' employees, and professionals with niche skills.
  • Developing and executing targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and assessing candidates\' qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles within the industry.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates through personalized communication, networking efforts, and regular follow-ups to keep them engaged and interested in potential opportunities.
  • Conducting in-depth interviews, skills assessments, and competency evaluations to thoroughly assess candidates\' suitability for specific roles and cultural fit within client organizations.
