Job Description
:
Collaborating with leadership and hiring managers to forecast workforce requirements and identify critical roles. Finding and attracting qualified candidates, including passive talent, through various recruitment channels. Providing a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the hiring process, acting as a brand ambassador for the company. Interviewing candidates, reviewing applications, and selecting individuals who meet job standards and align with company values. Managing the process of integrating new hires into the company. Using data and insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes. Ensuring all hiring practices comply with relevant policies and regulations
Requirement:
Min Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field At least 5 years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced MNC manufacturing environment with Experience in Talent Acquistion.
