Talent Acquisition Specialist (onsite)
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Technical and Corporate Recruitment
- Contribute to recruitment efforts and processes - screening, qualifying, interviewing, and hiring new employees
- Contribute to enhancing strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures
-Partner with stakeholders to confirm hiring needs and requirements based on the needs of the organization
- Manage each candidates journey through our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Encourage open lines of communication with all areas of the business
- Help map the market, improve reach out intel, and create campaigns to attract top talent.
- Participate in daily activity meeting to understand market and provide insights for improving conversion.Qualifications:- At least 5 years experience in Recruitment- Bachelor's Degree in any courseJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per monthSchedule:
- Fixed shift
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

- Recruiting: 5 years (Preferred)
