The Talent Acquisition Specialist should assess candidates' skills, experience, and relevant knowledge and compare them to job requirements.Responsibilities:1. Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
2. Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
3. Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.

5. Providing recruitment reports to team managers.Requirements:
