Job Requirements

Handle full spectrum of recruitment work
Sourcing and screening of suitable candidates through referrals, advertisements, job portals, LinkedIn etc
Prepare and post recruitment advertisements ,interviews etc\xe2\x80\xa6
Propose and make recommendations on salary packages
Manage staff requisition process to ensure appropriate information is presented to management for approval
Communicate offers, benefits, and terms to selected candidates.

Requirements

Degree holder
Min 2 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Talent attraction and sourcing
Good written and oral communication skills
Experience in recruitment for tech industry will be advantageous
