Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and recruitment needs. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and headhunting). Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's market presence and attractiveness to candidates. Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Negotiate employment offers and manage onboarding activities in collaboration with HR. Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire). Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition.



Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (2-5 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, systems, and recruitment tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and influence decision-making. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
