Job Description


Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sourcing for prospective candidates through resume screening, shortlisting and evaluating via various recruitment channels.
  • Manage the database of candidates and adopt good HR recruitment practices.
  • Liaising with hiring managers to evaluate suitable candidates for job positions.
  • Maintaining and updating of job descriptions for job postings for company.
  • Manage the pre-boarding process for new joiners through furnishing of application forms and other reference checks.
  • Organising and liaising for new joiners\xe2\x80\x99 welcome event.
Required qualifications:
  • Diploma/Degree in any field.
  • Excellent communications and multi-tasking skills.
  • Adept in using job portal platforms to source for prospective candidates.
  • Prior recruitment/talent acquisition experience would be an added advantage.
  • Independent and highly driven to fulfil recruitment goals.
  • Able to start on a short notice.
  • Base salary + performance incentive.
