Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct sourcing for prospective candidates through resume screening, shortlisting and evaluating via various recruitment channels.
- Manage the database of candidates and adopt good HR recruitment practices.
- Liaising with hiring managers to evaluate suitable candidates for job positions.
- Maintaining and updating of job descriptions for job postings for company.
- Manage the pre-boarding process for new joiners through furnishing of application forms and other reference checks.
- Organising and liaising for new joiners\xe2\x80\x99 welcome event.
- Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Excellent communications and multi-tasking skills.
- Adept in using job portal platforms to source for prospective candidates.
- Prior recruitment/talent acquisition experience would be an added advantage.
- Independent and highly driven to fulfil recruitment goals.
- Able to start on a short notice.
- Base salary + performance incentive.
