  • Position : Talent Acquisition Specialists/Assistant/Manager (Recruitment Background) * Location : North Buona Vista Drive * Working hours : Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm * Salary (comme Position : Talent Acquisition Specialists/Assistant/Manager (Recruitment Background) Location : North Buona Vista Drive Working hours : Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $9000 + AWS + 18 Days + Performance Bonus (depending on performance) Duration : Permanent Industry : Shipping - Well established company Main Responsibilities: Lead and supervise members of the recruitment team. - team size: 3 Coordinate with HRBP to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the businesses, HR Business Partners, HR team and Centre of Excellence Determine selection criteria with hiring managers, guide and train the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Recruitment and Selection Practices. Actively source and review applicants from all channels or job boards and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, administer psychological tests, etc.) Managing various Job Boards such as Mycareersfuture, JobStreet, LinkedIn, etc. Implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives. Manage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement. Use HRIS recruitment module for job posting and recruitment analysis. Ensuring TA administrative and operational activities are promptly follow-up. Oversee Internship recruitment, develop and maintain good working relationship with Universities, Polytechnics & ITEs. Organize and participate in career fairs and other events to build strong candidate pipelines. Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork for audit purpose. Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned or support in relevant HR projects. Requirements: Minimum Degree in any discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment. Good knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates Email to: diana(at)searchpersonnel.com.sg or call me at: 6398 5682 for more information.
