Exciting new opportunity for an Expert Talent Advisor to join Randstad Enterprise - 6 month contractAs an Expert Talent Advisor, you will be based in Singapore full time in office and will work closely with the hiring managers and business leaders. In this role you will have a unique opportunity to work finance and technology roles.Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic talent advisory and planning to support your stakeholders and business leaders
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand and define current/future skills requirements
- Initiate a range of sourcing activities to ensure a regular supply of candidates that meet client\'s current and future demands
- Engage hiring managers and candidates on a weekly basis, providing regular updates on the process.
- Compliantly work within ATS to input the correct data and statuses of candidates, making sure all data is correct in real-time.
- Develop and manage the recruitment process for clients through sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates, briefing and preparing candidates, and negotiating remuneration packages to ensure client needs and expectations are met in a timely manner.
- Strong experience in finance and tech recruitment
- Inhouse or RPO experience a plus, or an agency background
- Comfortable with full time in office model
- Ambitious and excited to learn
- Strong direct sourcing capabilities to find the "unicorns"
