What the role is:
The intern will be required to conduct research into industry best practices and trends within the Talent Assessment and Selection landscape. In addition, the intern will assist in the knowledge management and project administration of the various Talent Assessment and Selection Projects, such as the review of scholarship and talent schemes, and assessment tools.
What you will be working on:
The intern will get to experience taking on the scientist-practitioner approach in putting psychological concepts into practice.
What we are looking for:
-Industrial and Organisational Psychology (I/O Psychology) -Strong interest in personnel selection and individual differences -Strong knowledge of MS Office application, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical and research capabilities; knowledge of statistics and SPSS, R or Python is a plus -Strong verbal and written communication skills (English) -Able to work independently Availability: Flexible (min 12 weeks)
