Manage the recruitment activities for Nursing services, ensures the hiring of qualified personnel through effective sourcing, screening and selection process.
Engage hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, plan and monitor recruitment process (from requisition to onboarding) to ensure that staffing levels are within budgeted headcount. Be the touch point to plan and manage the interview schedule between agency / candidates (for direct source) and hiring managers business partners.
Manage the relevant job portals and ensure timeliness in job posting to reduce time-to-hire when competing for in-demand positions. This include managing the recruitment systems alongside with HRP.
Actively engage the hiring managers & HRP through the screening and selection process and update the vendor (or candidate for direct applicants) on the assessment outcome for timely fulfillment of openings.
Manage vendors in the sourcing process from candidates screening to interview arrangement till pre-onboarding process / activities including but not limited to medical check arrangement and employment documentation.
Source for new partners in the provision of manpower resourcing services
Review resourcing templates and administration requirements to ensure a timely and seamless screening process till job offer. This including recruitment metric tracking to assess sourcing effectiveness.
Coordinate with Partners and Operation team to ensure timeliness in onboarding of new staff
Job Requirements
Degree in Human Resource, Management, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 3 \xe2\x80\x93 4years of relevant work experience, preferably in manpower recruitment
Experience in healthcare sector an added advantage
Meticulous and attention to details
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
Self-motivated, resourceful and able to multi-task
Team player with positive attitude
