Based in Changi Airport Singapore, the Talent & Culture Executive will be part of a team that provides day-to-day human resources support to the operations team.
The Talent & Culture Executive manages the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle, ensuring the organization attracts, selects and integrates talent effectively. This role supports hiring managers in identifying staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates and coordinating interviews. Additionally, the T&C Executive ensures a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires, fostering early engagement and alignment with company culture and values.
