Job Description


Business Context
Danone Place Singapore (DPS) Human Resource Team reports to the HR International team based in our Company\xe2\x80\x99s Headquarters in Paris. The HR team consists of HR Business Partners, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Organization Development, Communications and Facilities. Together the team is focused on enhancing and animating the employee experience for DPS while supporting the transition to Hybrid Working, with a refreshed focus on Learning and Engagement.

What will you be doing in this role?
This role reports to the Head of HR (DPS) and will be a strategic role focused on 3 key areas:

  • Learning & Development strategy \xe2\x80\x93 driving the learning agenda and process,
  • Talent Management \xe2\x80\x93 supporting the internal mobility strategy (e.g. succession planning), and leading the talent review process, and
  • Talent Acquisition \xe2\x80\x93 managing the end-to-end recruitment process & employer branding.
Learning & Development
  • Drive Learning and Development strategy for the DPS HQ through close collaboration with the HRBP and team leaders to understand the learning needs and implement a strong learning culture
  • Hands-on development, management and implementation of learning programs and initiatives at all levels of the business by partnering with the business
  • Leverage our global digital Learning experience platforms for impactful Learning execution in DPS, including the Learning Management System to ensure completion of L&D administrative processes
  • Responsible for data management, budget management, vendor management and L&D governance
  • Negotiate and liaise with internal experts/trainers and external training providers to design and deliver comprehensive in-house training programs, and commission agreed new or specialist courses and training programs from other providers, Colleges and Universities
  • Undertake a Facilitator\xe2\x80\x99s role to educate and ensure consistency and relevance of in-house initiatives and programs
  • Training lead for the execution of Insights Discovery across the business, both for individuals (new starters) as well as team sessions.
  • Support the roll-out of global and regional projects and initiatives in DPS, ensuring market relevance and sensitivity towards cultural differences
  • Support the HRBP and line managers with ad-hoc requests relating to Learning and Career Development
Talent Management
  • Drive and deliver Danone Group\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines and digital tools regarding Talent review process, Development conversation campaign, Functional competencies assessment, Succession Planning, Coaching and Mentoring, making local adjustments where needed and permitted by Global
  • Ensure effective communication of annual learning and development plans to ensure strong level of awareness across the business and to identify suitable candidates for the leadership programs.
  • Support talent mobility process by sourcing internal talents for local vacancies
  • Cost/budget management related to Talent Management activities
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process with alignment with respective hiring managers, ensuring excellent candidate experience and fast turn-around times
  • Advise hiring managers on innovative sourcing strategies with reference to past data and external market insights
  • Collaborate with global/region talent teams to support the broad Talent goals
  • Provide timing reports and analytics on recruitment findings and progress
  • Deploy Group\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines and digital tools regarding Employer Branding, Social Media channels, University interface, Talent Acquisition
  • Implements Employer Branding plan at local level
  • Cost/ budget management

To be successful in this role, you will need\xe2\x80\xa6

The following technical skills and experience:
  • 5-7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in HR roles, including at least 3 years demonstrable experience in Learning and Talent Management roles
  • Minimum 2 years facilitation skills in a live and virtual capacity
  • Experience working with Learning management system (LMS) and Learning experience platforms (LXP)
  • Up to date knowledge and understanding of professional learning concepts
  • Solid recruitment experience with the ability to discern strong candidates according to Danone\xe2\x80\x99s culture. Ability to build pipeline of candidates through various sourcing techniques.
