Summary:
As part of the Regional Centre of Expertise (CoE) for Talent Management, you will work closely with our Global Talent Management team and regional HR team to advise our senior business on Talent Strategy, initiatives, and processes that contribute to the achievement of the CMA CGM group strategy, business, and people objectives across Asia-Pacific.
You will be reporting to the APAC Head of Talent, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business stakeholders
Main Responsibilities:
Team with our Global Talent Management peers in Head Office, France to implement key talent initiatives for the APAC region, continuously improving our People Experience
Identify key talent change priorities/projects across different lines of business; Design, test and implement changes as needed
Lead independently and effectively delivery of talent processes (including but not limited to People Review, Succession Planning, Career Framework, and Performance Management) across APAC, working closely with key stakeholders in the ecosystem to obtain engagement and buy-in proactively
Develop and strengthen the partnership with the external parties, including the government agencies, universities, and training solution providers in Singapore to develop effective talent development solutions
Work with other HR CoEs, Business Partners, and Service Delivery teams to enhance the end-to-end people experience and employer values proposition

Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related discipline
Around 5 years' experience working in Talent Management and/or Human Resource
Experience with performance management, talent review, succession planning, designing talent program is highly advantageous
Background in Human Capital and strategic talent in consultancy firm, with proven track record in partnering with the business is preferred
