They are committed with the goal of driving continuous excellence and improvement to enhance patients\' lives through science and innovation.About the roleThe Talent Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the company\'s workforce by leading efforts in Talent management, Talent development and Talent acquisition. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent to support the company\'s mission and business objectives.Your core focus will be in the 3 areas of talent: Talent management, Talent development and Talent acquisition. You will implement talent management strategies, oversee performance management, develop career plans, and provide coaching, using HR analytics to align with business goals. You will also tailor learning and development programs according to the business needs using the organization-wide framework, conduct training needs assessments, and foster a culture of continuous learning together with your key business stakeholders. Additionally, you will work with the wider HR team in implementing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain talent in the life sciences sector, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and manage the entire recruitment process.What we\'d like to see youYou will possess a Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master\'s degree preferred, and at least 8 years of HR experience focused on TM, TD and TA. Experience in the life sciences or manufacturing industry is highly desirable. You will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are essential.
