As an experienced Sourcing Senior Manager, you will lead, manage, build and grow our Asia Pacific sourcing team and capability. You will set strategic priorities for the sourcing capability at a regional level and translate these into actionable plans for the sourcing team to deliver on.
You will work closely with our recruiting and business leaders to meet our consulting and digital businesses aspirations for lateral and executive hiring in Asia Pacific.
You will own and define the sourcing channel strategy at a regional level and design a framework for Sourcing Leads to enable them to set a sourcing channel strategy at a country level.
You will report to the Asia Pacific CT & Digital Recruiting Director and will be an integral part of the Asia Pacific recruiting leadership team.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
Setting strategic direction for a regional sourcing capability for consulting and/or digital hiring
Building and developing a diverse sourcing capability across multiple countries and practice areas
Recruiting and building a high performing sourcing team across Asia Pacific
Leading, mentoring and growing a geographically dispersed sourcing team to ensure consistent delivery across Asia Pacific
Setting clear and measurable performance objectives and metrics for the sourcing team. Review performance on a weekly basis with regularly reporting to key stakeholders
Building trust-based relationships and networks with regional and global recruiting and business leaders
Collaborating with global and cross functional teams to manage and monitor the performance of all sourcing tools & channels, and tracking return on investment. This includes:
Vendor management of all regional sourcing service providers to include setting up and managing preferred supplier lists, vendor performance evaluations, negotiations and contracting. Support Sourcing Leads or Recruiting Managers to manage country specific vendors.
In partnership with Alumni teams, set a clear strategy and approach for alumni engagement that could convert to re-hires in the future
In partnership with recruitment marketing, set the regional Social Media strategy and help Sourcing Leads or Recruiting Managers to set strategy at a country level
Review employee referral programs and help Sourcing Leads or Recruitment Managers to set an annual strategy for local referral campaigns and metrics to measure success. Design and roll-out regional referral campaigns.
In partnership with global teams, evaluate performance of sourcing tools and put strategies in place to ensure we use tools optimally
Utilizing data from all sourcing channels and external research to influence overall sourcing channel strategy
Understanding trends and innovation in the external market and their impact on BCG
Collaborating across global sourcing teams to align on best practices and proactively share top talent
Advising recruiting and business leaders on innovative sourcing strategies utilizing external market intelligence
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
10+ years of sourcing experience with deep expertise in consulting and/or digital sectors
5+ years experience managing a team of Sourcers across multiple geographies
Proven experience in setting and delivering on a sourcing strategy at regional level
Proven experience and deep understanding of sourcing technology and market trends
Well versed with Applicant Tracking Systems or candidate relationship management tools
Fluent in English; other languages desirable
Ability to manage, coach and mentor members of a regional virtual team
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
Passion to explore and research tools and trends in the evolving sourcing market
Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships through a dedicated focus on client service and delivery
Creativity and resilience in problem solving
Strategic thinking and influencing skills
