Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage technical and non-technical talents of all levels such as Product Managers, Data Analysts, Operations Specialist, Customer Service Specialists, etc.
Work in tandem with Talent Acquisition Business Partners, hiring managers and other Talent Sourcers to meet and exceed business objectives and manage stakeholder relationships.
Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipelines (via LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques).
Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth.
Own the interview scheduling process and maintain clear lines of communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Be the ambassador of company\'s culture, ensuring all candidates leave with a positive impression of our organization.
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any discipline.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment function in an in-house or agency environment.
Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. LinkedIn, other social media, or forums) to identify & engage passive candidates within the internet industry talent space and output target company\'s mapping list.
Ability to contribute efficiently with strong data sense in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, along with attention to detail.
Possessing international sourcing experience is a plus.
