• Assist in the planning and resource requirements, Lead execution and implementation of client scope & engagements aligned with the delivery system and AUP.
• Review the client's financial statements in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards and including reporting on tax disclosures.
• Review and ensures that the client's tax returns, reports, and correspondence are prepared and presented in accordance with tax rulings and regulations.
• Review and summarizes identified issues and concern and prepares related analysis, solutions, and recommendation of root causes and provides initial solutions to issues encountered (IIAAs.
• Facilitates team meetings to discuss deliverables, employee updates and feedback, issues encountered, and improvements.
• Monitor productivity by ensuring that monthly activities per talent and time charges are within targets.
• Organize and review the work of the team members and ensures that client engagements follow the prescribed service quality of Continnum.
• Mentoring and coaching team members (SAs and AAs).
• Prepares monthly performance metrics set for AAs and SAAs and communicates consistently and timely with concerned talents and immediate head.
• Facilitate team meetings to communicate and discuss goals, objectives and set clear expectations, and discuss employee updates, feedback and status.
• Reviews the clients' monthly, quarterly and annual tax reporting and other regulatory reportorial requirements to ensure that they are timely and in order.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• A graduate of BS Accountancy
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in tax accounting and financial reporting with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
• He/she will oversee the work of the Senior Accounting Analyst/s and ensure that client engagements follow the prescribed service quality of the company.
• Has the ability to ensure that engagements follow the prescribed service quality of the company.
• Professional who is agile and adaptive to changes.
• Open to different working arrangements - at the home, office, or even with our clients.
• Must have excellent verbal and communication skills.
