Tax Advisory Manager (mid Tier Firm)

Job Description
- Deliver M&A tax and International Tax (IT) advisory services to corporate clients spread across industries.
- Advise on local and international corporate tax issues such as cross-border restructuring, transfer pricing, tax treaties, withholding tax, permanent establishment, mergers and acquisitions tax matters.
- Degree in Accounting with a Professional Qualification as recognized by ISCA
- Member of the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP)
- At least 5 years of corporate tax experience in an advisory role with an international accounting firm.
