Our Tax Services help businesses and individuals to achieve their tax objectives in today\xe2\x80\x99s global landscape with the experience and foresight to make the best strategic decisions. As one of the largest tax practices in Singapore, we are a trusted advisor to clients and foster a collaborative relationship, powered by the latest technology and data-driven insights to make decisions in tax strategy, planning and compliance. How will you value-add? To work closely and assist the Tax Ops and Admin Manager in the following areas:

  • Calendar/Diary management
  • Timesheet submission
  • Coordinate event logistics/operational matters (e.g. IT support)
  • Provide P&Ds approval on related documents with P&Ds consent (e.g. engagement letters, invoices)
  • Administrative support (e.g. meeting minutes, ad-hoc document printing/formatting)
  • External engagement support
  • Travel arrangements coordination
  • Secretarial buddy support - cover duties of absent secretaries
  • Coordinate engagement economics reporting (e.g.reporting preparation) and monitor follow-up actions by engagement teams
  • Assist with:
- Internal projects (e.g. LoS and CG social activities)
  • Document preparation for confidential engagements (formatting, proofreading, sending for digital signature, archiving)
- Preparation for client related meetings (e.g. pre-meeting research) - Proposal or business development related support - Network and connect with secretaries of clients to facilitate administrative requirements of job engagements About you
  • A diploma/ degree in Business Administration or any related discipline, or other equivalent
  • At least 5 years relevant work experience
  • The ability to work effectively, independently and be hands-on in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to handle multiple stakeholders and projects
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, comfortable to work across borders with a wide network of people
