Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Managers and Directors in providing comprehensive and effective tax compliance and basic tax advisory services to a portfolio of corporate clients in a diverse range of industries including multi-national companies, financial service groups and SMEs.
• Prepare and/or review corporate tax returns and assist clients in inquiries from the tax authority.
• Manage engagement including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, analysis and documentation.
• Assist the Managers and Directors to prepare transfer price documentation, perform benchmarking for related party transactions.
• Handle tax related submission such as COR, withholding tax and ad-hoc request.
• Able to take up ad-hoc assignments when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any other equivalent professional qualifications which recognized by ISCA with minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in corporate will be considered for Senior position.
• Candidates with good academic background but with no experience will be considered for Associate position as training will be provided.
• A Singapore Chartered Tax Professional accreditation would be an added advantage.
• Possess transfer pricing, tax exemptions, tax incentive, tax for financial institutions experience would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Singapore income tax laws.
• Being an Accredited Tax Professional with SCTP will be an added advantage.
• Portrays good analytical skills and attention to details, responsible and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Good command of English in both written and spoken to be able to communicate effectively with associates.
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
