Macpherson TCM & Wellness Clinic is a traditional Chinese medicine clinic located near Tai Seng MRT, providing Chinese medicine, acupuncture, tuina therapy, and other TCM services. Roles & Responsibilities Ensure the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the clinic and involve in the care of our patients \xc2\xb7 Administrative duties including answering phone calls and emails, maintaining simple filing etc \xc2\xb7 Cashiering duties including payment collection, account-keeping etc \xc2\xb7 Patient care duties including registration, maintaining appointments, and dispensing of Chinese medicine, etc. \xc2\xb7 Clinical duties including chaperoning physicians, and other assigned duties \xc2\xb7 Inventory duties including monitoring stock levels, ordering medicines \xc2\xb7 Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic \xc2\xb7 Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Fluent in both English and Chinese (Must be able to read Chinese character) \xc2\xb7 Friendly, courteous and presentable \xc2\xb7 Good customer service \xc2\xb7 Basic computer skills \xc2\xb7 Responsible individual, hardworking, willing to learn, possessing high level of integrity Work Schedule: 5-day work week including 4 weekdays and 1 weekend (9am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm) Remuneration: Basic salary, bonuses, medical and dental benefits.
