Provides TCM consultation and treatments that may include Chinese medicine, acupuncture, acupressure, cupping and scrapping (Gua Sha).
Contributes to development of new services or clinics.
Develops specialty programs as identified by Management.
Participates in marketing efforts such as public forums and talks.
Responds to patient/media queries on TCM or clinic services.
To work with HOD to spearhead operations within the clinic & group.
Treat any information obtained during the course of an assignment as strictly confidential
Any other duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirement

Recognized Diploma/ Degree / Masters in TCM by Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board.
At least 3 years' experience in a customer service role preferably speciality in Women's health.
Effectively bilingual and equipped with computer skills to manage electronic clinic system
