Details of the Division and Team:

Deutsche Bank is seeking an individual to join the eDiscovery Services team. The team is responsible for the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s data retrieval, retention, and transfer of electronically stored information to internal requestors and external third parties to meet legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements. This role has a direct impact on the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s ability to respond to legal, regulatory, and human resource investigations and in turn the bank\xe2\x80\x99s reputation.

This position liaises between the Data Services team (who identifies, collects, preserves, and delivers electronically stored information) and internal data requestors regarding collection status. The successful candidate is a highly professional and organized individual, experienced with collection processes with a background in enterprise technology.

Your key responsibilities:

Serves as the primary point of contact for requesters from internal control functions for the end-to-end management and coordination of eDiscovery requests.

Advises and guides requesters regarding request scoping based on regulatory requirements.

Anticipate, analyze, and resolve potential risks by openly communicating such instances, contributing to the resolution of issues.

Identify, retrieve, preserve, and deliver electronically stored information in support of ongoing legal requests, regulatory matters, or internal investigations in a legally defensible and reproducible manner, which maintains data integrity with a full chain-of-custody.

Confidentially handling sensitive data from multiple electronically stored information sources including messaging (e.g. Email, IM, Bloomberg), Voice, structured and unstructured (e.g. logs, end user devices, file shares) data using a variety of software.

Your skills and experience:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree that is IT-related or with a legal-focus in eDiscovery domain

Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience with a company, law firm, professional service provider in financial services sector

In-depth understanding of eDiscovery as well as forensic technologies, techniques, and workflows (essential), and sound knowledge of enterprise technologies (e.g., messaging applications, databases, servers, backup/storage, and convenience/compliance archiving)

Proven experience in an enterprise technology environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Able to positively influence and motivate project stakeholders and team members through robust dialogue, facilitation, and persuasiveness.

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
