Job Description


Position: Teacher Aide (for People with Autism)

  • To assist in lesson preparation and support teachers in co-teaching
  • To assist students in areas of self-care, grooming and toileting
  • To assist and support teachers in collecting simple data on behaviour and progress of
students, whenever needed
  • To work with teachers in classroom management matters such as planning and implementing student\xe2\x80\x99s behaviour plans, lesson progress, etc.
Job Requirement
  • Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 levels / ITE
  • Experience in dealing with children and youths with autism will be an advantage
Location: St. Andrew\xe2\x80\x99s Autism School Remuneration and point of entry will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
