Job Responsibilities:-
1.Reception including sorting of hardcopy mail
2.Support with office filing
3.Sick Bay duties
4.Inventory - Pantry
5.Assist with Teaching & Learning Resources
6.Canteen duties
7.Porch duties
8.Dismissal duties
9.Update of notification file (hardcopy) and notice board
10.covering of CCAs during school holidays
11.Packing of special rooms during school holidays
12.Any other adhoc duties assigned
Job Qualifications:- The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
1. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a
team.
2. Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with using IT systems.
3. The contract staff should at least 3 GCE ‘O’ level Passes; or Nitec in Service Skills (Office)/Nitec in Office Skills/Certificate in Office Skills or equivalent.
4. Having the relevant experience and a certificate in Standard First Aid will be an added advantage.
