Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality lessons of up to 10 xe2x80x93 12 classes per week
• Display strong classroom delivery skills aligned to Learning Pointxe2x80x99s suggested methodology and housestyle
• Effectively utilise teaching materials to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment that will enhance studentsxe2x80x99 learning experience
• Mark and grade studentsxe2x80x99 assignments with value-added feedback and ensure they are returned to students by the next lesson
• Perform required administrative responsibilities efficiently (attendance taking, checking studentsxe2x80x99 files etc)
• Be proactive in arranging xe2x80x9ccatch-upsxe2x80x9d for students who missed any lessons when there are no available xe2x80x9cmake-upxe2x80x9d classes for them to join
• Attempt to ensure that students are consistently making reasonable progress in the programme; every student matters
• Foster good relationships with studentsxe2x80x99 parents through regular written and/or verbal feedback to parents on the progress of the students as well as solutions/suggestions for parents on how they can partner with you to help the child at home
• Work together with the customer service team to provide all stakeholders with a positive customer experience and strive to minimise the withdrawal rate of classes assigned
• Attend level meetings/subject sharing sessions organised by the Company when required, to keep abreast of curriculum expectations
• Attend observation sessions and/or co-teaching sessions as arranged by the Company for training purposes
• Participate in level meetings/subject-sharing sessions when required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree holder and above or equivalent
• Well-versed with the latest MOE syllabus
• Comfortable to use Zoom and online portal
• 2 to 3 years of teaching experience
• Strong passion towards teaching and nurturing students
• Able to commit long-term (at least one full academic year)

Other information

• Work Location: Bukit Timah Plaza, Century Square, Oasis Terraces, Parkway Centre, Thomson Plaza
• Work Days: Tuesdays to Saturdays (2 early weekdays 10am-7pm, 2 late weekdays 12.30pm-9.30pm) and 1 weekend (8am-6pm)
