Role Overview
As a

, you will play a vital role in supporting both the instructor and learners throughout the course. You'll help facilitate live sessions, guide students through hands-on exercises, and provide continued support to ensure a successful and engaging learning experience.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and keyword research
Google Ads (SEM) and paid campaign setup
Social media marketing strategies
Google Analytics and campaign performance tracking
Provide out-of-class assistance via our
Telegram community
and
e-learning platform
, answering learner queries and troubleshooting technical issues
Maintain accurate
attendance records
in compliance with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) requirements
Share learner feedback and insights with the academic team to help enhance course delivery and relevance
Qualifications and Skills
Proficient in
digital marketing tools and strategies
, including:
Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), Meta Ads
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, content strategy, and ad optimization
Ability to explain marketing concepts in a clear, beginner-friendly manner when required
Confident in facilitating online sessions using Zoom, with a reliable remote setup (camera, microphone, stable internet)
Prior experience in mentoring, training, or teaching is preferred
