Job Title: Teaching Assistant

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at the National University of Singapore (NUS) is seeking suitable candidates for a Teaching Assistant position.
The job duties include but not limited to:

• Conduct classroom teaching in Electrical/Computer Engineering subjects
• Design and implement Electrical/Computer Engineering laboratory experiments and projects in hardware and/or software domains
• Provide prompt consultation to students
• Assist in grading students' work
• Assist in course-related logistics for the lecturers
• Assist in Department's outreach efforts
• Assist in lab duties such as preparation and troubleshooting of equipment and software

Qualifications

• Good B.Eng./M.Sc./M.Eng. degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering from a reputable university.
• Strong communication skills in the English language
• Passionate in teaching electrical/computer engineering concepts and skills to the students.
• Proficient in multiple programming languages, especially Python, Java, C.
• Knowledge in software engineering, data structures & algorithms, computer organization/architecture, microcontroller programming, systems integration, artificial intelligence & machine learning is a plus.
