Circles.Life is looking for a Team Coordinator who possesses superior organisation and planning skills, drive and attention to details.

You will be given a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects and interact directly with the Engineering leadership.

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities include:

• Provide full range of support activities to Head of SaaS SRE & Architecture and VP of Product
• Organise and coordinate travel, hotel and visas across various countries
• Organise and coordinate team events
• Manage and support with scheduling and coordination matters
• Assist with departmental matters such as departmental claims

Requirements

• Experience in executive coordination of at least 3 years
• Strong team player; able to work in an environment with high interdependencies between teams and cross-cultural colleagues
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with Google Suite
