Job Description
:Our client is a major US-based multi-national in Singapore. Its nnovative team is driving data transformation and is committed to leveraging data to drive insights and decisions.It is now seeking a hands-on Team Lead to guide and inspire our talented data engineering and architecture team. This role is pivotal in designing, building, and maintaining robust data solutions that empower our business.Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in data engineering and architecture with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, SQL, NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a technical team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of designing and implementing innovative data solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Location: Work experience in Singapore and currently based in Singapore.
