Team Lead, Operations (Individual Health Product) Job Purpose The incumbent will be part of the Singapore Operations team who will support the Business Development and Client Management team in all aspects of account acquisition and maintenance to ensure maximum effectiveness of internal processes and communication and guarantee optimum service. Main Duties/Responsibilities
Act as key contact to brokers and clients for defined book of business in relation to the quotation preparation and implementation setup stage.
Lead the team to provide pre-sale and post-sale support to brokers and
Provide support to the Business Development team by ensuring that all new business cases are quoted and implemented accurately and in a professional manner.
Ensure that post-servicing and renewal related transactions and requests are processed timely and accurately.
Identify process improvements and provide business requirements for system enhancement and perform UAT.
Onboarding of brokers and agents to meet Cigna and GIA requirements. Education/Professional Qualifications Required
A-level qualification required
Relevant insurance certification: BCP, PGI and HI
At least 5 years' experience in sales administrative functions
Minimum 5 years' experience in a team environment
Used to meeting tight deadlines and managing priorities
Knowledge in Sales/Health Insurance Skills
People Management Skill
Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written
Strong influencing and negotiating skills
Good time management and able to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
Self-motivated with strong sense of ownership
PC literate - solid knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Enterprise Competencies Required (top 3-5): Customer Focus Interpersonal Savvy Problem Solving Priority Setting Organizing
