DESIGNATION : Operations Team Lead - Marketplace

RESPONSIBILITIES
NTUC FairPrice is seeking a dynamic and self motivated Operations Team Leader in Singapore to lead and manage the end-to-end operations for the Online Marketplace. The candidate must be a team-player, and will draw upon solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The candidate must be able to think through the complete operations chain with strong customer focus in mind showing professional maturity in addition to being energetic, intellectually curious and passionate about operations planning. Primary Responsibilities

  • Support project coordinator to develop, manage & execute project work plans within the stipulated time
  • Derive and validate business requirements by working with external business partners and internal stakeholders
  • Support daily management of department duties, including leading meetings, communicating with internal and external suppliers, and other administrative support for operations related task
  • Support the execution of FairPrice Marketplace day-to-day operations & ensure timely fulfilment of Marketplace orders by working closely with Fulfilment Center and logistics stakeholders
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders (Warehouse, First/Last Mile Transporters, BusinessPartners, Clients etc.) to improve workflow, address operational issues and set up new processes for new business needs and scalability
  • Create, review & update documentation of manuals and SOPs for new initiatives
  • Respond to queries and issues related to handling of Marketplace Products (including damages,returns, quality issues) that would result in a failed fulfilment
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Marketplace operations


QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, process quality control, change management or related fields are preferred
  • Outstanding business analytics skills is preferred such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau
  • Strong interest in driving business improvements through team leadership, data-driven decisionmaking, and end-to-end project management
  • Able to demonstrate ability to lead and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self motivated and results oriented
