Job Description
Lead a team of refund specialists Check the refund requests and details against refund request forms filed Track and review the status of refunds Perform follow-ups on payment refunds not cleared or returned for insufficient information Handle queries on details and status of refunds Prepare reports of refunds on the status of processing Review and provide the refunds payment list and bank forms to the finance department for payment processingJob Requirements Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in refund processing Willing to work at Changi Airport Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting
