Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Development Managers in the acquisition of SME loans (multi product team)
• Provide training, coaching and guidance to develop young talents and grow the business
• Closely track and monitor sales performance to ensure optimum productivity of sales team
• Develop and grow new customer relationships through cross selling and layering of products
• Drive campaigns to increase base of loan customers and win market share
• Identify ways to improve current processes and increase effectiveness
• Adhere to strict compliance standards ensuring sound risk framework within the business

Reporting to: Group Leader, Lending Solutions, EmB

Qualifications
Requirements:

• Degree with at least 4 years\' of sales experience in banking industry
• Relevant experience in managing a sales team is preferred
• Independent, self-motivated and have excellent interpersonal and managerial skills
• Good understanding of SME market
