Responsibilities

Lead a team of Business Development Managers in the acquisition of SME loans (Commercial Property Loans)
Provide training, coaching and guidance to develop young talents and grow the business
Closely track and monitor sales performance to ensure optimum productivity of sales team
Develop and grow new customer relationships through cross selling and layering of products
Engage with Loan Brokers and Property Agents to build a strong network
Identify ways to improve current processes and increase effectiveness
Adhere to strict compliance standards ensuring sound risk framework within the business

Reporting to: Group Leader, Commercial Property Loans, EmB

Qualifications
Requirements:

Degree with at least 4 years\' of sales experience in banking industry
Relevant experience in managing a sales team is preferred
Ideally to have a existing network of Loan Brokers and Property Agents
Independent, self-motivated and have excellent interpersonal and managerial skills
Good understanding of SME market
