Responsibilities

Lead a team of Business Development Managers in the acquisition of SME business loans
Provide training, coaching and guidance to develop young talents and grow the business
Closely track and monitor sales performance to ensure optimum productivity of sales team
Develop and grow acquisition channels to grow new customer relationships
Drive campaigns to increase base of loan customers and win market share
Identify ways to improve Online Loan platform and increase effectiveness
Adhere to strict compliance standards ensuring sound risk framework within the business

Reporting to: Group Leader, Unsecured Lending, EmB

Qualifications
Requirements:

Degree with at least 4 years\' of sales experience in banking industry
Relevant experience in managing a sales team is preferred
Relevant experience working in e-commerce or fintech firm, with background in digital onboarding of customers is preferred
Independent, self-motivated and have excellent interpersonal and managerial skills
Good understanding of SME market
