Responsibilities:
To lead a small team of production operators in terms of safety, quality, productivity, and timely delivery to external customers with the intent of continuous improvement and leading results to achieve sustainable plant goals.
Lead the Safety Culture and enforce personnel hygiene & safety procedures to ensure a Safe Working Environment, while maintaining compliance with relevant manufacturing standards and quality requirements for finished products. (e.g., PPE, shoe change & hand wash, LOTO, etc.).
Effectively manage production through operational reviews, SOPs, and problem-solving tools for continuous improvements and sustainable results.
Fulfill general responsibilities, including maintaining clean and well-functioning working areas according to GMP, completing assigned duties, and upholding good housekeeping, hygiene, and safe work practices.
Requirements:
2-3 years working experience with equivalent technical certification in ITE/ Diploma in any related field.
People management experience and experience for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of machines and equipment.
Willing to work in non-airconditioned and slightly dusty environment.
Able to work in rotating shift pattern (6 days, 8 hrs per day).
Experience in Food Industry, Lean Six Sigma and SAP.
