RESPONSIBILITIES Deployed at our Central Processing Unit, you will be responsible for the fulfilment the store orders. You are also required to monitor and maintain freshness and quality of items, as well as perform housekeeping and ensure cleanliness of your work area in accordance with safety procedures and hygiene standards. You will be leading a team and are expected to do the following tasks (but not limited to):

• Rostering
• New staff onboarding
• Ensure smooth production operations
• Ensure operations meet guidelines set (Food safety / GMP / quality / HACCP / etc)
• Ensure good teamwork, productivity and efficiency
• Ensure team adhere to Code of Conduct
• Ordering of packaging materials

QUALIFICATIONS

• NITEC or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in the Supermarket or food industry
• Familiar with GMP and ISO Quality systems
• Highly customer-oriented
• Motivated, meticulous and results oriented
• Resourceful and problem solver
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player and ability to collaborative and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, etc
• Fit enough to work in cold environment
• Able to carry heavy load of 15KG and climb ladders when needed
• Able to work any 6 days a week based on shift timing including weekends and public holidays

OTHER INFORMATION

• Work location: Upper Thomson (will be shifting to Sunview Rd)
• Work hours: 6 days, rotating shifts (Morning/ Afternoon/ Night)
