Reporting to the Assistant Operation Manager or Team Leader,

he/she will be responsible for facilitating the daily operations of the Imaging booth, by providing guest service, handling internal/external customer requests and inquiries, scheduling duty roster for frontline staff

Responsibilities:

Achieving imaging revenue targets of store or booth Lead a small team and to achieve Service and revenue targets Manage the daily operation, supervise the team Display knowledge of key items and actively communicate status to manager

Requirements:

With at least 2 years' guest experience role experience and 1 year in team leading role Good communication skills, customer-service and teamwork-oriented Positive working attitude Able to work in a fast paced and changing environment Able to communicate in English and/or Mandarin to conduct customer service task and duties in multi-lingual environment. Computer literacy in MS Office and POS System is preferred Able to work outdoors and on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
