Job Description


What the role is:

a) You will formulate, implement, and plan the engagement and onboarding of merchants for the CDC Vouchers Scheme.
b) You will handle enquiries and feedback from residents, merchants and other stakeholders.
c) You will handle the training in coaching Outreach Manager and CDC Ambassadors.
d) You will work on publicising the scheme through featuring of suitable Human Interest stories.
e) You will work closely with Agencies, Community Partners, and/or Grassroots Organisations to monitor and coordinate the programme.

What you will be working on

Merchant Engagement

- Work closely with GM/DGM to strategize in outreach to the harder-to-reach merchants/hawkers

- Conduct briefings/trainings for merchants and community partners e.g. grassroots and merchants\'/hawkers\' associations

- Build rapport with the merchants and hawkers through consistent engagement

Community Engagement

- Main Liaison between CDC with key stakeholders - CPD, COs and Government Agencies- for example the various workstream.

Reporting and Analysis

- Analyse the report to assess the performance vs KPIs and propose strategies for onboarding.

- Responsible for preparation and compiling of reports required for submission to PA HQ.

- Provide monthly update to Mayor Provide quarterly updates/reports to Advisers and GROs

Communications

- Provide directions to the team on the district\'s publicity plan on the CDC vouchers scheme

Requirements

- Minimum five years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years of supervisory experience

- Good interpersonal, leadership, communication, and analytical skills
