Role Overview
Lead a small team of full-stack engineers building a next-gen digital platform for defence operations. Balance hands-on development with mentorship, architecture decisions, and delivery ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor and guide engineers (code reviews, architecture, growth). Design and build full-stack features using React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js. Oversee backend APIs, databases (SQL), and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP). Ensure code quality, testing, performance, and reliability. Work with product and stakeholders to align delivery with requirements.
Requirements
7+ years in full-stack development. Strong in React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js/Nest.js, SQL. Experience with cloud hosting and CI/CD. Proven team mentorship or tech lead experience. * Bonus: experience in secure, regulated, or defence-related systems.
