The Team Manager in the Business Banking Commercial Service Centre is responsible for leading a team of Service Managers who provide after-sales service to business customers, specifically in account enquiries and transactional fulfilment of Time Deposits, Loans & Remittances. The Team Manager\'s role includes monitoring service performance, conducting resource planning for maximum productivity, establishing guidelines and objectives for Service Managers, implementing policies and procedures, developing employee training standards, and handling escalation for client servicing issues.
The ideal candidate should have a degree and 3-5 years of experience in client service in corporate banking, with at least 2 years of experience in team leadership. They should possess strong team management, organization, and planning skills, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A service-oriented mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are also required.
